Ten M Flats Apartments
Ten M Flats Apartments is a modern residential development featuring thoughtfully designed shared amenity spaces that blend bold color, geometric form, and contemporary comfort. The common area creates a vibrant social environment for residents, using layered architectural elements to define zones while maintaining an open, welcoming feel.
A key focus of the design was introducing sculptural features that separate and organize the space without closing it off, while reinforcing a clean, modern aesthetic.
MicroLite!™ Solutions
KMDI fabricated a series of abstract wall dividers and geometric screen systems using MicroLite!™, along with matching ceiling light boxes integrated with lighting. Using MicroLite!™ allowed for clean, precise forms that define space without adding visual or structural heaviness.
Each element was finished to align with the interior’s bold design language, including a signature yellow ceiling cloud that anchors the space visually. Integrated lighting within the ceiling boxes enhances depth and atmosphere, creating a cohesive system of architectural features that shape both movement and experience within the common area.
